Interviewed Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) ranging from Harris engineers to active-duty Navy personnel and CECOM representatives to define customer requirements and to document field procedures already in place. Referred to product design documentation (e.g., schematics, assembly drawings) in order to develop high-level, as well as detailed, theories of operation. Developed and documented Remove-and-Replace procedures by working on actual equipment. Developed assembly-level troubleshooting procedures for use by Depot technicians. Developed retrofit and upgrade procedures which were documented as Field Change Bulletins.
